Hazaribagh, Feb. 25 -- In a major robbery, unidentified criminals targetted Anjali Jewellers located in Mahudi Bazaar on the G T road and decamped with gold and silver ornaments worth nearly Rs 20 lakh.
The incident took place late at night when the miscreants allegedly entered the shop through the rear door.
According to shop owner Anil Kumar, the thieves used a gas cutter to break open the safe and stole valuable jewellery kept inside. The incident came to light in the morning.
