Prayagraj, Sept. 9 -- A man and his teenage daughter died in a road accident in Prayagraj this afternoon.
The incident occurred at the Leprosy Crossing near the New Yamuna Bridge when an uncontrolled truck rammed into their scooter.
According to the reports, the deceased, Ratnesh Srivastava, a resident of Kareli police station area, was working as a clerk at Maharishi Vidya Mandir, located in Dooravani Nagar, Naini.
His daughter, Yashi, was a Class 12 student at the same school. For the past four months, since Ratnesh's transfer to the school, he had been regularly picking up his daughter after school hours.
