Hyderabad, Jan. 12 -- Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy on Monday evening congratulated the Telangana Police Department for launching the "Arrive Alive" campaign aimed at preventing road accidents, stating that the state government considers road safety a serious social issue and is giving it top priority.
Inaugurating the 'Arrive Alive - A Campaign for Safer Roads in Telangana' programme at Yousufguda, the Chief Minister said a road accident occurs every minute in the country and that more people are losing their lives on roads than soldiers in wars.
