Patna, March 30 -- Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Sunday said that the RJD regime in Bihar was "Jungle Raj " as there was no safety and security of life and property of the people.
Kumar while addressing a function of the Cooperative Department, in the presence of Union Home Minister Amit Shah, who was on dais, said that law and order had collapsed during the RJD regime in Bihar. It was "Jungle Raj " as people were feeling unsafe and insecure, and they did not dare to come out of their homes after Sunset, he added.
