Patna, Jan. 6 -- Raising questions over the sharp increase in the assets of Bihar minister Ashok Choudhary between 2020 and 2026, the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) today said that if Ashok Choudhary shares his "magic wealth formula" for increasing wealth, people living below the poverty line in Bihar could also improve their economic condition.
RJD spokesperson Chittaranjan Gagan said here that nearly one-third of Bihar's population is still living below the poverty line. In such a situation, he added, it is the moral responsibility of a public representative to explain how such a significant increase in personal wealth is possible.
