Patna, Dec. 30 -- The Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) today alleged that Members of Parliament Sanjay Jha and Devesh Chandra Thakur are illegally occupying government residences allotted to them from the Bihar Central Pool, even after being elected as MPs.

RJD National Spokesperson Prof. Naval Kishore Yadav, in a letter to the Principal Secretary of the Building Construction Department, stated that Devesh Chandra Thakur, Lok Sabha MP from Sitamarhi, and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Jha have been allotted official residences in New Delhi. Despite this, they are allegedly continuing to occupy Bihar Central Pool bungalows that were earlier allotted to them in their capacity as minister and chairman of the state legislative council respectively.
