Bhubaneswar, Dec. 13 -- The rise of Eastern India will define India's future growth trajectory, with Odisha poised to spark a new phase of regional development, said Odisha Governor Hari Babu Kambhampati. Speaking at the International Conference "Purvodaya Perspective 2025" in Bhubaneswar on Saturday, the Governor described the event as more than an academic or policy forum.
