Mumbai, Dec. 12 -- The Reliance Foundation Development League (RFDL) launches its fifth season on December 15 in Goa, reaffirming its role as India's premier U-21 competitive football platform.
With over 260 matches played among 54 teams and over 1,800 players competing across nine talent hotbeds, the league continues to fuel India's footballing pipeline.
