New Delhi, March 15 -- "We need to re-visit Indian Administrative Law and redefine the definition of the State and its powers, in the context that almost every topic today has become problematic," said Justice P. S. Narasimha, Judge of the Supreme Court of India, while speaking at the launch of the book A Historical Introduction to Indian Contract Law, authored by Prof. (Dr.) Shivprasad Swaminathan, Dean of the Shiv Nadar School of Law.
The book was launched in New Delhi on Friday March 13. The event featured a panel discussion with prominent legal experts including Senior Advocate Gaurav Pachnanda and noted contract law scholar Nilima Bhadbhade. The discussion was moderated by Umakant Varottil of the National University of Singapore.
