Dharamshala, Sept. 21 -- Member of Parliament Dr. Rajiv Bhardwaj on Saturday said that no scheme or programme can be successfully implemented without public participation and cooperation of public representatives.
He announced that review meetings for monitoring the implementation of centrally sponsored development schemes will now be held at the sub-division level.
Chairing the District Development Coordination and Monitoring Committee (DISHA) meeting at the School Education Board auditorium in Dharamshala, Dr. Bhardwaj reviewed the progress of ongoing schemes.
