Srinagar, Oct. 17 -- The Leh District Magistrate on Friday evening issued an order banning the holding of rallies or marches, and the gathering of more than five people, ahead of tomorrow's silent march and blackout called by the Leh Apex Body (LAB) and the Kargil Democratic Alliance (KDA) in solidarity with those killed and injured during the September 24 violence.
