Nashik, Nov. 25 -- Maharashtra Food and Drug Administration and Special Assistance Minister Narhari Zirwal today gave instructions that the water conservation issues in Dindori and Peth talukas of the district should be resolved immediately in coordination with the concerned departments.
He was speaking in a meeting organized at the district collector's office here. The meeting was organised under the chairmanship of Zirwal on the issue of excluding dams in forest clearance under the Employment Guarantee Scheme in Dindori and Peth areas, silt-free dams-silt-filled sluices, current status of land acquisition under the Small Irrigation Scheme, water availability certificate etc.
