New Delhi, Oct. 11 -- Researchers at Canada's McMaster University have developed a new menstrual cup that includes a flushable tablet made from seaweed material to reduce spills during removal.
This makes the cup safer, easier to use, and better for the environment compared to traditional menstrual products.
Led by Dr. Zeinab Hosseinidoust, the team aims to improve women's health with wearable technology that can monitor reproductive health and detect infections early. Their research was published in ACS Applied Materials and Interfaces and Nature Communications.
