Hyderabad, March 9 -- Rescue operations are ongoing for the 16th consecutive day at the collapsed Srisailam Left Bank Canal (SLBC) tunnel in Nagarkurnool district.
Some progress has been made in locating the missing workers. The Kerala Cadaver Dog Squad, along with support teams, has reportedly discovered human remains at the D-2 point, approximately 100 meters from the accident site. Officials stated that personnel are carefully excavating the area, and some of the missing workers may be identified by this evening.
