Srinagar, Jan. 26 -- The 76th Republic Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervour across Kashmir Valley, with the main function held at the Srinagar's Bakshi Stadium where Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Kumar Choudhary hoisted the tri-colour on Sunday.
The Dy CM also inspected the guard of honour and take salute on the march past during which the stadium was overwhelmed by enthusiastic, energetic and patriotic display of parade performance by different contingents of BSF, CRPF, ITBP, SSB, JKAP, IRP, Women Contingent, SDRF, Fire & Emergency, Forest Protection Force, NCC contingents, Pipe band, Brass band and Students from different Schools.
