Patna, May 24 -- Bihar Health Minister Mangal Pandey said that in order to improve the reproductive health of women and adolescent girls, awareness programmes will be held in 26 districts of the state and in two schools in the capital Patna.

Pandey said here on Saturday that emphasis was being laid on strengthening the reproductive health of women and adolescent girls for which two days of cleanliness and hygiene awareness programmes will be organised. Various awareness programmes will commence from May 28 in the state capital. Apart from this, such drives will be taken up between May 26 till May 31 in other 26 districts of the state during which issues related to the women and adolescent girls will be discussed in detail.
