Kalaburagi, Jan. 12 -- Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Monday launched a sharp attack on the central government, accusing it of denying workers their right to employment by renaming the Mahatma Gandhi employment scheme as VB-G RAM G, which he said amounted to "killing Mahatma Gandhi for a second time."Speaking at Sedam during the foundation-laying and inauguration of development works worth Rs 680 crore, including an international-level GTTC centre, Siddaramaiah vowed that the Congress-led government's fight against the controversial act would continue until it was repealed. "This Act is neither Dasharatha's Ram nor Kausalya's Ram. It is Nathuram. Our struggle will not stop until the VB-G RAM G Act is scrapped," he said.
