Chennai, Feb. 20 -- Hitting out at the Centre for coercing the State to adopt centrally mandated programs against its own time-tested State policies was a blatant violation of cooperative federalism, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin on Thursday urged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to release Rs 2,152 crore without linking it to the implementation of NEP and three-language policy in the interest of cooperative federalism and welfare of lakhs of students and teachers.
