New Delhi, Oct. 26 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta participated in the Kharna Puja on the second day of Chhath Mahaparva today, emphasizing the festival's significance in promoting unity, harmony, and cleanliness.

In a statement, CM Gupta said, "Chhath Mahaparva conveys a message of unity, harmony, cleanliness, and devotion. It's not just a religious ritual, but a shining symbol of Indian culture."Gupta highlighted the Delhi government's efforts to organise Chhath Puja on a large scale, ensuring public participation and traditional dignity. "For the first time, the government is organising Chhath Mahaparva on such a large scale in the national capital," she noted.
