said on Friday that there is a major outcry about water scarcity across Haryana, but the state government
is only blaming the Punjab government and shirking its responsibilities.
She questioned how the Haryana government became so weak under BJP rule that Punjab took control of Haryana's water share, and the government remained silent.
She said that the failure to construct the SYL Canal despite the Supreme Court's orders and now silently accepting the reduction in water supply from Bhakhra dam is a symbol of the BJP government's incompetence.
