New Delhi, Nov. 11 -- The Delhi Police has registered a case under the stringent Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) in connection with the explosion near the Red Fort, with investigators now focusing on a suspect i20 car and its possible link to a recently busted terror module in Faridabad.
A senior police official stated, "A case has been registered under Sections 16 and 18 of the UAPA, along with various sections of the Explosives Act and the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) at Kotwali Police Station."A significant new angle has emerged in the investigation.
