Shimla, June 30 -- The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) issued a red alert warning for heavy to very heavy rain in four districts of Himachal Pradesh, including Solan, Sirmour, Mandi and Kangra districts.
According to a media report and a notification issued by Mandi district administration, all schools would remain closed in red alert-affected districts today.
Four districts have had incessant rainfall since last night, and water supply, roads, communication and transport are paralysed in these districts.
