Lucknow, May 7 -- After the action of the Indian Army against the terrorist camps inside Pakistan under 'Operation Sindoor', the Uttar Pradesh Police on Wednesday issued a red alert in the state as a precautionary measure.
A red alert has been declared in Uttar Pradesh after the precise action taken by the Indian Army on the terrorist hideouts under 'Operation Sindoor'. All field units of UP Police have been directed to coordinate with the defence units and strengthen the security of important installations.
