New Delhi, May 6 -- A record USD 20.5 billion in investments by leading Indian companies into the United States was unveiled at the SelectUSA Investment Summit 2026 in Maryland, marking the largest-ever commitment from India at the forum and underscoring deepening economic ties between the two countries.

The commitments span key sectors including pharmaceuticals, advanced manufacturing, energy infrastructure, and emerging technologies, and are expected to create thousands of jobs in both countries while expanding US production and joint innovation capacity.
