New Delhi, Feb. 6 -- State run power sector NBFC and Public Finance Institution REC on Thursday reported 23 percent jump in net profit at Rs 4,029 crore in the third quarter of FY25 as against Rs 3,269 crore in the corresponding quarter of last financial year.

Revenues from operations registered a growth of 18 percent year-on-year in the October-December quarter at Rs 14,157 crore, versus Rs 11,982 crore in the same quarter of 2024-25, the company said in a regulatory filing with the stock exchanges.

The Board of Directors of the Company has declared the 3rd interim dividend of Rs 4.30 per equity share (on face value of Rs 10/- each), the company said.
