New Delhi, Sept. 12 -- The Indian real estate sector has attracted nearly $80 billion in institutional investments over the past 15 years, with foreign investors accounting for 57 pc of the total, said a joint report titled ' Indian Real Estate: Fostering Equity and Fueling Economic Growth.'It was presented jointly by the Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI) and Colliers India.
