Puducherry, Jan. 26 -- Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK), an ally of the Congress party, has exhorted to reconsider the stance and policies of the government.

Addressing a party meeting here on Monday night, DMK(South) convener R Siva said people are quitting the Congress on a day to day basis and the government should assess the reason why the alliance partner is in pain and people in anger against the government. If it fails, the Congress party will be in deep trouble, he added.
