Bengaluru, Jan. 21 -- Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) on Wednesday welcomed the Karnataka Government's decision to grant conditional approval for matches at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium but said it was yet to take a final call on playing at the venue, citing the need to review certain aspects related to safety and conditions.

In an official statement, the franchise appreciated the Karnataka State Cricket Association's (KSCA) efforts in carrying out infrastructure-related work that led to the clearance. RCB, however, said it would carefully examine the conditions applicable to hosting matches and the measures in place to ensure spectator safety.
