Bengaluru, Sept. 1 -- Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) today unveiled the framework of 'RCB Cares', a long-term programme dedicated to supporting, empowering, and elevating its fanbase, the 12th Man Army, in the aftermath of the tragic stampede incident which claimed 11 lives.
