Patna, May 6 -- Describing redevelopment of Raxaul Airport as a major step toward strengthening connectivity in the state's border regions, Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary on Wednesday announced that a tender has been issued for the redevelopment of the airport.
Thanking Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Choudhary said here the project reflects the Centre's commitment to boosting infrastructure in Bihar. The tender has been floated for engineering consultancy services for the construction of key airside infrastructure, including the runway, apron, and taxiway.
