Patna, Sept. 24 -- Senior BJP leader and former union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad today launched a sharp attack on the Congress over its Working Committee meeting being held here, the first such gathering of the grand old party in Bihar after 85 years, and alleged that the Congress was attempting to showcase its relevance through this meeting.
Prasad told news persons here that the Congress was attempting to showcase its relevance through this meeting, but had historically shown little respect for Bihar and its leaders.
He recalled that Rajendra Prasad, India's first President, had to live in Sadaqat Ashram after leaving office because Congress did not honour him adequately.
