Kolhapur, Feb. 4 -- Ratnagiri is the stronghold of the Shiv Sena-BJP alliance and no one can deceive the Konkani people here, asserted Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister and Shiv Sena chief leader Eknath Shinde today.
