Kochi, July 31 -- A rape case was filed against Rapper Vedan, who recently courted controversy for defaming Prime Minister Narendra Modi through one of his songs.
According to a complaint lodged at the Thrikkakara police station, a young woman doctor alleged that the Rapper sexually assaulted her at various locations between August 2021 and March 2023.
She claimed that Vedan exploited her under the pretext of marriage and later abandoned her in 2023. In her statement, she said that he labeled her as "toxic" and "selfish" while ending the relationship.
