Ayodhya, Nov. 24 -- A day ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to Ayodhya to hoist the Dharma Dhwaj atop the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple, the sound of Ramdhun echoed across the Ayodhya Municipal area, infusing Ramnagari with an atmosphere of deep devotion.

On Monday at 10:30 am, Mayor Girishpati Tripathi and Municipal Commissioner Jayendra Kumar initiated the continuous broadcast from the Amaniganj control room.

With a single click, the devotional chant "Hey Ram. Jag Mein Do Hi Sundar Kaam" began playing across the city through the public address system. The officials then reached Udaya Square, where they joined locals in listening to the Ramdhun.
