Chandigarh, Sept. 12 -- Eighth seed India's Ramkumar Ramanathan took just 58 minutes to show the exit door to wild card entrant Marsel Ilhan of Turkey whom he routed 6-2, 6-2 in the singles second round match in the $81,240 ATP Challenger Tennis Tournament in Istanbul on Wednesday.

In the pre-quarter-final encounter, Ramkumar Ramanathan will face 12th seed Nicola Kuhn of Spain.

In a men's double match, second-seeded pair of Purav Raja of India and Rameez Junaid of Australia beat wild cards entrants of Ruben Bemelmans (Belgium) and Nenad Zimonjic (Serbia) in straight sets 6-4, 6-4 in one hour and 15 minutes to enter the second round of the tournament. UNI XC GK 0904
