Belagavi, June 30 -- Congress MLA Raju Kage today denied making any statements against the party leadership and clarified that he would be meeting AICC General Secretary and Karnataka in-charge Randeep Singh Surjewala in Bengaluru on Tuesday to explain his position.

Kage's statement comes amid his recent allegation that development funds have not been released for his constituency, fuelling speculation of internal discontent within the Congress in Karnataka.
