Bengaluru, Feb. 3 -- India captain Rohit Rajpal is full of confidence as Sumit Nagal steps up to spearhead Team India in this weekend's Davis Cup Qualifiers against the Netherlands.

Asked about his first impressions of Nagal's training, Rajpal told UNI, "Excellent. He is doing well, moving smoothly across the court and striking the ball cleanly. We are very hopeful."The nation's top-ranked singles player, who had retired from his last tour outing at the Nonthaburi Challenger in Thailand as a precaution, arrived in Bengaluru on Tuesday and hit the courts in the evening.
