New Delhi, Dec. 28 -- union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, along with Delhi BJP president Virendra Sachdeva and several senior party leaders, will pay floral tributes to Padma Vibhushan awardee and former union Minister Arun Jaitley on his 73rd birth anniversary.
The tribute ceremony will be held at Arun Jaitley Park on Siri Fort Road in the national capital.
Senior BJP leaders and workers are expected to gather to remember Jaitley, who played a key role in shaping India's political, legal and economic landscape. Known for his sharp legal mind and powerful oratory, Jaitley served the country in several important capacities, including as Finance Minister and Defence Minister.
