New Delhi, Aug. 14 -- Defence Minister Rajnath Singh today interacted with 30 meritorious higher secondary students from tribal communities of Andaman & Nicobar Islands here and exhorted them to lay equal emphasis on character building alongside academic pursuits.
The interaction was part of 'Aarohan: Dweep to Delhi', a seven-day National Integration Tour organized by the Andaman & Nicobar Command (ANC), a Defence Ministry statement said.
These students will also witness the Independence Day celebrations at Red Fort tomorrow.
