Hyderabad, April 16 -- Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka Mallu on Wednesday asserted that the Rajiv Yuva Vikasam scheme will transform the lives of the unemployed, significantly uplift their living standards and called it a "game changer" for the state.
