Jaipur, Jan. 1 -- The Pink City Jaipur welcomed the New Year 2026 on a chilly, foggy and rainy morning on Thursday, even as the new year-eve revellers in many Rajasthan cities braved a shivery December 31 yesterday.
Despite the overcast skies in several towns, including the state capital Jaipur, that caused a marked rise in the minimum temperatures, light drizzling to moderate downpour coupled with thick fog intensified the winter chill in most of the major cities.
