Jaipur, Feb. 24 -- Over 21 senior Indian Police Service (IPS) officers, in the rank of Inspector General (IGs) or above, have been transferred in the late night administrative reshuffle in Rajasthan Police on Monday.
This effected change of guard at many key posts, including the Additional Director General (ADGs) at police state head office, the Crime Branch and ADG Intelligence.
The Police Commissioner of Jodhpur and the IGs of the Jaipur, Jodhpur, Bikaner and Kota police ranges have also been changed. Dr Hawa Singh Ghumaria of 1997 batch has been made ADG Police Headquarters, Bipin Kumar Pandey, ADG-Crime Branch, and Prafulla Kumar is new ADG-Intelligence.
