Jaipur, July 14 -- The Rajasthan Cabinet today decided to strengthen infrastructure in the health and medical sectors to make the state a model medical tourism hub.

A proposal and project presentation prepared by departments concerned were approved by the state cabinet which met here under the Chairmanship of Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma.

Accordingly, super specialty hospitals and ancillary infrastructure and establishments will be built towards providing world-class specialised medical services at comparative costs, Deputy Chief Minister Dr Prem Chand Bairwa and Law and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Jogaram Patel told media persons here after cabinet meeting.
