Jaipur, Aug. 19 -- Rajasthan has achieved a laudable feat of crossing the target of planting 10 crore saplings under the Hariyalo Rajasthan mega campaign this monsoon season, said Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma.
"Inspired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam campaign, we had set a target of planting 10 crore in the current monsoon season this year. We have already exceeded this ambitious mark by planting 10,21,22,351 plants, from April 1 until August 19, 2025," announced Chief Minister Sharma.
"Plants/trees of 53 species have been planted in 41 districts of the state during the massive drive," he said.
