Kolkata, Nov. 21 -- The Election Commission of India's Special Intensive Revision (SIR) has gained significant momentum across 12 states and union Territories, with over 13.64 crore enumeration forms digitised so far.

According to the latest bulletin issued by the Election Commission of India on November 21, Rajasthan is now leading the nationwide tally, followed closely by West Bengal, which stands in the second position among all the participating states.
