Jaipur, July 10 -- The Rajasthan government is keen in exploring prospects of launching the Sea-plane service at some places, including Udaipur, Banswara, Kota and Tonk.

The state government has requested the Centre for undertaking a study survey for exploring the viability of this service and also for including it under the Regional Connectivity Service (RCS), an official communique stated.

This prospects-viability of the service may be ascertained along the Lakes of Udaipur, the Mahi along Banswara, the Chambal river in Kota and the Bisalpur dam in Deoli-Tonk, Rajasthan Civil Aviation Minister Gautam Dak said in the communique.
