Jaipur, Jan. 6 -- The Budget session of the Rajasthan Assembly will commence on January 28 and is expected to last about a month.
The notification for convening the Assembly was issued on Monday. The session will start with an inaugural address by Governor Haribhau Kishanrao Bagade, Speaker Vasudev Devnani said.
Besides, regular business of the legislature, including the question hour, zero hour, call attention and adjournment motions, the state Budget for the fiscal 2026-27 will also be presented in the month-long session, the Speaker said.
An all-party meeting will be convened before the session for coordinating with the Opposition for smooth proceedings in the House, Devnani added.
