Mumbai, Jan. 1 -- Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray on Thursday issued a strong call to party candidates, urging them to make an all-out effort to "protect Mumbai," asserting that the city belongs to Marathi people and must remain so.
