Mumbai, Dec. 13 -- Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray has written a strongly worded letter on Saturday to Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, sharply criticising the state government over a range of issues, from the rising cases of child abductions and missing children to alleged land grabbing, administrative inaction, and the absence of ministers in the legislature.

In his letter, Thackeray expressed serious concern over the increasing incidents of child abductions in Maharashtra.
