Jaipur, Feb. 6 -- Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma said on Thursday that in the matter of exam paper leaks that were reported during the previous Congress regime, the present government has lodged 137 FIRs and sent 438 suspects to jail. "This number (the arrested) will go up further. We will not allow the culprits to go scot-free," he added.
